Prof. Anusha Patil has a distinction in B.A., and has stood tenth to the Karnatak University; Dharwad.She then completed her Master’s in Psychology with a distinction and was awarded the Centennial Gold Medal for securing the first rank to the Karnatak University.

Professional experience:
She has three years of professional experience having worked primarily in the domain of organization development and restructuring with two firms at Bangalore.

Teaching experience:
She is an approved faculty for MMS by Mumbai University and has sixteen years of teaching experience in areas of Psychology and Management education.

Subject experience:
Organization Behavior, Organization Development ,Knowledge Management , Stress management, Research Methodology, Human Resources management, Industrial Psychology, Social Foundations of Behavior, Organizational Theories and Structure Designs, Competency and Performance Management.

Research & Consultancy:

Presented research papers in various National and international Seminars.

Her research paper ‘A Study on the Level of Commitment towards Retention Practices in Ites and Non Ites Firms’ has won best paper award in the International Research Conference- Vision 2020 Leveraging ‘Make in India’.

Has completed two consultancy projects dealing with Performance Management and Competency Mapping.

She is familiar with German language. She has rich experience in Psychometric testing, counseling and developing customized learning and training modules.

Other areas of Interest:
Founded ‘Knowledge Society’, a forum to envision, evolve and enrich knowledge.
