Dr.Kinjal Shah has been awarded Ph.D. degree in commerce and Management by University of Mumbai, she has finished her regular M.Phil. From S.N.D.T. University, Churchgate.

Work Experience:-

Before joining Lala lajpatrai institute of Management, she has worked as Full time and visiting faculty with leading B- schools in Mumbai. She has 10 years rich teaching experience with Management institutes. She is the author of many books in the area of Human resource management, Marketing, Finance and financial markets at undergraduate level with leading Publisher Sheth Publication Private limited from 8 years.

Subject Expertise:-

B2B, Research Methodology, International Business, International Finance, Managerial Economics so on.

Specific Proficiency:-

She has an expertise in guiding students for project and research papers. She has good interpersonal skill for effective learning.

Research Interest:-

She has published and presented many research papers in various national and international conferences.

1. She won award of outstanding researcher award-2019 by Green Thinkerz.
2. She won award of best Doctoral thesis-2019 by International association of Research and Development.
