Online HR National Seminar on “TRANSITION MANAGEMENT: The HR Perspective

Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management (LLIM), Mumbai had organized the Online HR National Seminar on “TRANSITION MANAGEMENT: The HR Perspective was conducted on Saturday, 7th August, 2021, at 610, LLIM Seminar Hall. Dr. Arati Kale (Seminar Convener) and Dr. Priyadarshini Nidhan (Seminar Coordiantor) hosted the Seminar.

The dignitaries of the inaugural session consisted of Mr. Shekhar Shukla, Executive Director Personnel (Retd.) Air India Airport Services, The Ground Handling Subsidiary of Air India, Mumbai, delivered the first key-note address. It was attended by Dr.V.B. Angadi, Director, LLIM, Mumbai; Ms. Sunita Shukla I/C Executive Director – HR, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, Mumbai; Ms. Hema Pande, Global Head – HR and Administration, Petrochem, Dubai; Ms. Natasha Pereira, Senior. Business System Analyst, Wells Fargo, USA; Prof. Anusha Patil-HOD HR LLIM along with the Teaching Faculties and students.

The seminar was well attended by nearly 270 delegates. It was a rich learning experience by all and had led to in depth knowledge creation for all the participants.
