A guest lecture cum training session on Emotional Intelligence was conducted by Mr. David Selvanathan. This session focused on the significance of Emotional Intelligence, its components and their impact on personal and professional success. Skills to increase one’s Emotional Quotient were imparted through experiential learning and role plays. The session was attended by 66 participants from MMS-I who expressed their gratitude to the Management, Director and the organizer for this opportunity and requested for more such sessions. The session was a huge success and concluded with the vote of thanks by Prof.Anusha Patil, HOD-HR.
